Founder/ CEO
Nichole Baker
I am a mother to three beautiful children, I started my working life as support worker, I carried this on right through till having my own children. Having short breaks here and there to take on other roles but i always returned to support work with a true passion to help others. Then at 29 I had Cali who has Cerebral Palsy and a list of other disabilities from her Cerebral Palsy condition.

Damon Baker
Damon is a born and bred county boy. Growing up and working on a farm till he eventually met Nichole and moved away. This started Damons 10 years as an under Grown miner. To stay close Nichole moved to a small town with Damon so he was home every night.
Damon kept working through it all, right up until Cali needed more therapy and then the move to a bigger town had to happen.
THE INSPIRATION BEHIND IT ALL
CALI BAKER
Our Cali, there is far too much to say about our strong and resilient daughter in this short little paragraph. At birth Cali was born sleeping. After a long resuscitation and 4 months NICU stay we were sent home with her under the understanding that her life would be short with poor quality. Here she is 10 years later doing everything they said she would never do. We are so proud of our little chicken and she is the whole inspiration for our app.

Joel Baker
Joel is our smart and compassionate Mr Man, Joel is creative and has more empathy than most adults. He has a heart as big as the moon and is always looking at what he can learn next. Joel really wanted to be a part of the startup of our company and what better way to introduce him to the world of business then to give him a role within our company. Joels ideas and creative nature has left us in aw of his determination to succeed.

Kenzie Baker
Kenzie, at only 6 years old she makes her voice heard. She is the one that will jump first and ask questions later. She is creative, fierce and so determined to not be pushed around. Kenzie is extremely empathetic towards others and really cares about others.
